Based on what Pascale Naessens calls 'her perfect knife', she developed several accessible kitchen knives. “You certainly don't have to be a hobby chef to work with this,” she assures. The streamlined blades in ABS come in two versions: a smaller vegetable knife and a slightly larger version to carve a pumpkin, for example. Only the larger version of the nostalgic version in olive wood is available.
