Yotam Ottolenghi is the author and chef of the Ottolenghi Delis and NOPI and ROVI restaurants in London. He is considered by many to be the man who made even broccoli sexy and introduced the use of sumac, za'atar and pomegranate seeds in the kitchen to all corners of our country. He writes a weekly column in The Guardian magazine and has 8 successful cookbooks to his credit: Plenty and Plenty More (his collection of vegetarian recipes); Ottolenghi: The Cookbook and Jerusalem, with co-author and business partner Sami Tamimi; Nopi, Sweet, Simpel and Flavor that he wrote together with Ixta Belfrage.
