Serax Ottolenghi

Yotam Ottolenghi is the owner and chef of six restaurants and delicatessens in London. He is the author of eight successful cookbooks, including famous titles such as Plenty, Jerusalem and Simple. Among many other awards, Yotam has twice won the US James Beard Award and the UK National Book Award. Yotam has been a weekly columnist for the Saturday Guardian for more than thirteen years and is also a regular contributor to the New York Times. His fondness for vegetables and ingredients that used to be considered "exotic" has led to what some call the "Ottolenghi effect."
